About the Event

Presenter:  Leslie Vaughn of Bus Stop Books speaking for DKG — Mu Chapter

Description: Delta Kappa Gamma (DKG) is an international organization of and for women educators.  Mu Chapter is one of three chapters in the Flint area.  To promote professional development among our members and for educators in the community, Mu Chapter invites speakers on topics that will promote education.  Leslie Vaughn is a wife and a mother of 8.  She has an MA from Stanford University in Modern Thought and Literature.  Her first book, Bus Stop Blues, was published in 2023.  Just the Beginning is hopefully just that.  Lord willing, many more stories will follow.
